mysql not loading

Hi, i am trying to connect mysql and it is been about 30 min now but nothing is loading. any idea why? i know i am on a free plan but want to test the tool with real data

    Hello Idan,

    While connecting to your MySQL database using the MySQL connector please make sure the fields you input are correct and valid. It is possible the issue is due to an incorrectly entered port, or the port you're trying to connect to may have been restricted to external access on your MySQL Server.

    Please try the MySQL default port 3306 if you do not have a custom port set up.
