If I share a dashboard, can it be modified by Dashboard Viewers?

The term Dashboard Viewers implies they can see the Dashboard, but can I give dashboard viewers them the ability to modify the dashboard as well?

    Dashboard Viewers do not have any ability to add or delete new charts or filters on a dashboard. However they are able to use the filters that are already applied to the dashboard.
